Finnish Preschool in Colombo was founded by Yasmin Mubarak, a visionary father and entrepreneur who transformed his passion into Sri Lanka's first Finnish early childhood center. After studying psychology and observing education systems worldwide, Yasmin partnered with experts in Finland to bring their world-renowned approach to Colombo.
What began in 2018 with just five students—including Yasmin\'s own two daughters—has grown into a thriving community with three campuses. We\'re Sri Lanka\'s first dual-environment preschool, offering both dynamic urban learning and weekly nature immersion at our Forest Preschool by Bolgoda Lake.
